Platform Analyst

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, sales, marketing or related field or an MBA
  • 7+ years of platform analyst and/or business analyst experience in a related industry
  • 7+ years of experience in identifying business opportunities, building a product strategy, and
    influencing deliver against a multi-year roadmap
  • 7 + years of experience with core technologies utilized in their product domain and is fluent in
    pros and cons of technical alternatives
  • Experience with common B2B marketing, sales and partner processes including sales and marketing
    process design and delivery experience.
  • Experience in process engineering, design capability and data analysis. Experience using project
    and change management tools and methodologies.
  • Six Sigma certification is preferred
  • Experience with service delivery model and shared services
  • Exceptional Fundamental, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical/visualization/reporting tools and Excel, SQL
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up
    assumptions and develop business cases
  • The ability to persuade and influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine
    acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Determine customer’s needs and desires through research in line with market information
  • Assess market competitors through comparison analysis
  • Recommend scope of upcoming product releases
  • Help COE Head Work to develop product strategies for sales and marketing
  • Internal review with the respective BA(s) on a BRD/PRD before being released for another
    department review
  • Help COE Head to create Product policies and terms & condition
  • Develop and maintain Platform road map and publish them at a regular interval
  • As needed document the idea/feature as much as possible for the BA to understand and convert it
    to a full fledge requirement document
  • Conduct session with BA to explain them requirement in detail and help them to complete the
    requirement document
  • Appraise new product features ideas and go-to-market plans
  • Conduct regular session with Platform Owner to decide future road map
  • Demo the product on the need basis
  • Help Project Manager in maintaining relationship with the client.

Senior Business Analyst

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, accounting, math, statistics, business or related field

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create BRD/PRD in the specified format as per the requirement given by the Platform Analyst
  • Schedule and facilitate internal/external workshops for requirements elicitation
  • Work with the client or Platform Analyst to understand the requirement
  • Get sign off from Platform Analyst before showcasing the document to Platform or Solution Architect
  • Demo the product on the need basis
  • Help Project Manager in maintaining relationship with the client
  • Design of screen mockups before getting the requirement document reviewed by the Architects
  • Work with UI/UX resource to ensure design fulfills requirements
  • Create change requests to amend BRD/PRD where appropriate
  • Validate test plan, and review over test results
  • Participate in UAT phase wherever applicable
  • Create JIRA tickets for mapping to use cases in the BRD/PRD
  • Create Acceptance Criteria for each use case and document it in JIRA
  • Provide content for all the screen messages
  • Work with the Platform or Solution Architect to review and ensure understanding of requirements
  • Maintain and contribute to Project / Product decision log
  • Maintain and contribute to Content decision log
  • Get list of Approvers from the PM or Platform Analyst and collect sign-off from each of them
  • Keep the Program Manager / Project Manager up to date with the status or Project
  • Request COE Head to publish the PRD once sign-off and done
  • Help Delivery, Integration and QC team in clarification of the requirement within a reasonable timeline when requested
  • Help and recommend Platform Analyst in road map creation
