CSCMP Supply Chain Innovation Award winners: (First runner up) DLT Labs & Walmart Canada

We are proud to share that DLT Labs has won the ‘Silver’ for the CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professional)’s prestigious Supply Chain Innovation Award, as runner-up for our technology solution which has reduced disputes by 97% and completely transformed freight audit and payments with reconciliation-free invoicing for Walmart Canada and its national network of carriers which ship 500,000 loads annually. Congratulations to Intel Corporation which won first place for its innovation regarding contract management. The other finalists were Cisco, Four Kites and Land O’Lakes, and Intel.

With 1,000 companies applying from the world’s leaders in supply chain management, our innovation stands side by side with Intel Corporation as an award winner for the most important supply chain innovations globally in 2020.

Just over three years ago, we formally launched DLT Labs to take on the world – not just the ‘blockchain’ companies. Our mission has been to deliver all the incredible benefits of blockchain into the mainstream and to compete with the most established companies in the world. To do so, we have had to be first in delivering outstanding innovation and tremendous value while competing head to head with well-known industry players. This award is a significant step in our ambitious plans and we should celebrate and recognize it as an important milestone.

We would like to thank and congratulate everyone at Walmart Canada who had the vision, drive and courage to innovate with us. We are grateful to our carrier partners who actively contribute to the ongoing development of our technology with their input and feedback. Most importantly, we would like to thank and congratulate everyone at DLT, not only those who worked directly on the Walmart solution, but also every DLT’ian, because we have all worked together to achieve this recognition, award and accomplishment.

Thank you all and congratulations!
